Call for Member Contributions – NEQMAP news, articles, events, resources

The Network on Education Quality Monitoring in the Asia-Pacific (NEQMAP) is calling for contributions from members with regards to member updates, recent work related to our focus areas in learning assessments, learning outcomes and competency-based, pedagogy and curriculum to strengthen the quality of education. Members may submit articles, publications, and announcements for upcoming events (i.e. webinars or upcoming meetings/seminars, etc.)

You may have seen the latest published articles, “Revitalising ‘Skills Framework’ to prepare Thai learners for the 21st century’s demands” from Thailand’s Office of Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education, in partnership with UNICEF Thailand, and Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University, and “Myanmar’s Participatory Approach to Assessment Policy” written by the Department of Myanmar Examinations (DME), Ministry of Education (NEQMAP member institute). These articles have been shared on our Knowledge Portal and are of good examples that the Secretariat wish to encourage our network members to share more frequently your updates as they are available.

NEQMAP Secretariat is pleased to share with you some tips and guidelines for developping short articles here. Please note that all entries and updates on the Knowledge Portal will also be shared weekly via the network mailing list including those e-mail accounts subcribed to NEQMAP website. We will continue to imporve our communication and knowledge sharing information to be as most useful, relevant and timely for the members and the network.

However, all will not be possible without your kind inputs, contributions and collaborations. We hope that our members will find this continued improving functions easy to engage and will untilise the NEQMAP platform as much as possible. We are at your disposal and look forward to hearing from you. The Secretariat would like to encourage members to submit their relevant work, contributions and events at any time, and the updates will be posted on the NEQMAP Knowledge Portal and shared widely.
