Background
The Network on Education Quality Monitoring in the Asia-Pacific (NEQMAP) Secretariat at UNESCO Bangkok, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Sports of Lao PDR as well as Pearson, and with the generous support of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), is organizing a four-day workshop from 27 to 30 September 2016 in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The workshop will focus on test item design and development of learning assessment.
