Assessing national achievement levels in education

  • by

This series of books contributes in a significant way to closing the achievement gap. The series is designed to address many of the issues involved in making learning outcomes a more central part of the educational agenda in lower-income countries. It will help countries to develop capacity to measure national levels of student learning in more valid, sustainable, and systematic ways. Such capacity will hopefully translate into evidence-based policymaking that leads to observable improvement in the quality of student learning.
