This regional report is the outcome of the collaborative study that seeks to identify learning enablers based on analysing learning assessment data. Reseachers from ten countries were brought together in this study by UNESCO Bangkok’s Network on Education Quality Monitoring in the Asia-Pacific (NEQMAP) to undertake the research focusing on secondary analysis of national or international learning assessment data. The report aims to find out how to better analyse and utilise learning assessment data and design and impletment policies to improve learning outcomes based on evidence. It provides snapshots of the various challenges that countries face in terms of effectively untilising assessment results and responding to the trends that are occuring within their contexts.
