| The purpose of developing this Education Policy Framework 2004-2019 is to provide a coherent and carefully thought out design according to which the education sectorcan be developed over time. It provides a conceptual and policy framework which allows the Government to discuss its future policy directions and investments with stakeholders, both inside and outside Tonga. It identifies priorities for future investment and for further capacity development of the Ministry of Education. |
